Transport depot on A505 at Whittlesford

The site acquired by Welch's transport very early in the year on the A505 between Duxford and Whittlesford is starting to show signs of life. People are asking what are the licensing permissions  under the Transport Commissioners rules for the site ie number of lorries etc. there were restrictions put on the site as part of the planning permission process  - and some tight ones too.
So need to find out what further restrictions will be placed on the site.

Its crazy that this scheme has been allowed to proceed without a 'proper' junction with Moorfield Road & the A 505. It badly needs a roundabout (with traffic lights at peak times) so that traffic (including buses) from Moorfield Road can turn East onto the A505 without having to do a two mile detour to turn at roundabout at Hunts Road. How much fuel is wasted in doing that?
