Duxford Chapel...hmmm

The parish council at Whittlesford has had a good due diligence read through the arrangements/contract that exists between the district council and English Heritage re the chapel and looking after it.

The district council is keen that the parish council becomes the partner with English Heritage.
 
We have some questions - especially on the financials. So we are not planning to rush into this.
