Hinxton ford - an open and shut case

I'm pleased that the county council are being quicker to both close and then re-open the gates than previously following discussions with local parish councils. 

In the past after closure it might have taken weeks to get the gates reopened but I'm happy that the gates have been reopens today after being closed earlier in the week.
