South Cambs Council : houses, roads and the City Deal.

This was what I argued at the full Council meeting re proposals to build more houses between Sawston and Babraham. 

Today at full Council I spoke in favour of the district council making it clear to the Highways Agency that we expected access issues for local villages to be given proper attention when work starts on the A14 widening. I also supported closer governance over the City Deal so we know what we are signing up to with the government.
