Seriously, South Cambs district council have decided to not empty GREEN bins for three months,Dec thru to February, starting next year. The council has to make further savings and as the green bins are pretty empty at this time of year ie after leaf fall, it seems something people are ok about. Waste can go in the black bin which will still be collected once a fortnight as will be the blue bin.
