How's the hotel progressing at the Red Lion?

Working with the Red Lion owners and the South Cambs planners and conservation teams. Obviously it is an historic site, with Duxford Chapel nearby, as well as the hotel building itself, but at the same time the foundations of the new building have been dug out and we need to see things starting to take shape.
