Out and about in Hinxton

You know it really was very cold today but never mind, I had the chance to talk to people in Hinxton about a range of subjects.

These included the 7A bus service and the new route now installed taking people to the park and Ride at babraham, a planning matter to do with the genome campus, rural broadband, and the road surfaces.

People still remember the Hanley Grange proposal that would have swamped Hinxton with over 10'000 houses. Luckily a combined effort saw that off even though it remains a threat.

Then I went for a swift restorative in the pleasant surroundings of the Red Lion at Hinxton where there was a good fire to thaw out to!
