Bird scarers

Difficult as this is a rural area, but there have been some complaints about a bird scarer in use along Middlemoor road.
The NFU code of practice says that they should not activate more than 4 times in an hour, and not be pointed towards residential areas.
A quiet word with the farmer is next.
