progress but sloooow getting the cycle / pedestrian path at Hinxton ford sorted

Im pleased that top highways engineer Emma has got a grip and found the money and a project manager to get this sorted out, after the expectation was it would have been done in March. Emma sorted out the flooding in Bustlers Rise at Duxford last spring and that was a major enterprise.
