Daffodil drain

Thriplow is gearing up for the hugely popular Daffodil weekend which brings in coaches by the hundred and people by the thousand for the weekend of activity and entertainment. 

I have stressed to the highways team at the county council that they MUST sort out this drain lying under the water here on Middle Street. 

When there are crowds of people walking up and down here it is a poor advert for the state of things if this ugly sight is still here. They have committed to sorting this and I intend  to hold them to that promise.
