To be or not to be (geddit)

The allotments at Whittlesford are the subject of a discussion between people who have put in a hive on their allotment and the parish council allotment committee. I was going to say people are all abuzz over this but you can have too much of a good thing.

Bees are good for the environment - and provide a little honey on the side - but they and their hives need to be sited where there isn't a risk of someone being caught unawares and stung, especially children who cycle along the path running through the allotments. I'm sure there's a risk assessment there somewhere that will help.
