Telling Thriplow about the waste to energy plant on the A505

I was out running delivering my summer newsletter in Thriplow this morning, pausing to buy my breakfast crossaints and other groceries from the well stocked shop, and to talk to people. Although there was an event last month (put on by the proposers of the new waste to energy plant on the A505 at the pet. crematorium) at Thriplow village hall the area notified was mainly Heathfield so the people I talked to this morning were very keen to know more. 

There will be more public discussion in the autumn and I will be working with the parish council and the County to make sure that people are given enough warning.
