Central library deal that didn't work referred to county's audit committee

I aam pleased that the full council voted unanimously to refer this issue to the audit committee for an investigation and lessons learnt. As vice chair of audit at the county and with quite a lot of experience of assurance and good governance from my day job, this is absolutely something for the audit committee and the internal audit team to work on and make recommendations back to full council.
