This is a local news report on the decision by South Cambs planning committee to reject a planning application to build a solar farm at the edge of Thriplow, running down to Heathfield.
I have attended most of the meetings on this subject in the village over the last two years that it has been a live issue, and I spoke against the planning application in front of the committee, together with the people of Heathfield who formed the RATS (Residents Against Thriplow Solarfarm).
