One in Whittlesford involved burglars breaking into a shed and using a spade to smash a rear window. So the police are urging people to make sheds and garages secure.
The PCSOs will always take seriously any calls voicing suspicions about unusual or unfamiliar people knocking around so better be safe than sorry.
