A little late night drilling - roadworks on the A505 and A1301

People living along the a505 are having a fair bit of late night roadworks by highways to put up with, but it will finish this week. The team will then move on to the A1301 road running down to Hinxton. The work is to seal cracks and fill in some holes and rather than close the road during the day the aim is to get it done in the late evening.

The drillers and spreaders have been told to finish by 10.30 each night and feedback is that - having had a word - they now are.
