Scouts drainpipe funding bid

Duxford and Whittlesford Scout group have asked me to back their bid to South Cambs District Council's Community Chest for funding for the practice caving system to be used at their scout hut. Here they are showing a section of it off to us at a parish meeting recently. I will support the bid at the decision-making meeting.
