Solar Farm at Thriplow

Even though Thriplow Parish Council has voted to support the planned solar farm on green belt land to the east of the village, I have had emails from people in Heathfield and Thriplow continuing to oppose the plan. 

It does seem as if the green belt is under threat from many sides in Cambridgeshire because of the economic growth going on around here. 

The solar farm planning application goes to the district council for a decision in November. People have until 2 October to send their views in to the planning department
