Seven clicks thru Sawston - for a good cause!

Sunday morning saw over 800 runners and walkers - including me - assemble for the Sawston funrun to raise money for the Arthur Rank Hospice which is to be build near Shelford, replacing very old facilities in Mill Road in the City.
It was well organised by Sawston Rotary, and despite the grey blustery weather off we went, round the streets of Sawston, on a 7.5 kilometre course, finishing at the Village College, with people turning out on their doorsteps to cheer us on.
I'm still raising funds so if you wanted to, go to www.everydayheros.co.uk and put my name in and it takes you to the donations page.
Thanks to the support from Boots in Shelford for their expert advice on knee bandages!
