Making progress on parking issues

Following a marathon parish council last week dealing with more local issues than you can shake a stick at, been talking to the county highways people about the options for managing and restricting commuter parking in Knights Orchard, as well as talking to the people who live there. Aim is to get something done that is sensible from a highways perspective and local needs.
