Out and about in Thriplow this morning - still looking good even tho Daffodil Week-end has long gone.Talking to an elderly gent whose council house has the new District Council funded solar panels on the roof - reckons it is very good indeed - it will save him a lot of money.
He said that they have adapted to make the best use of the power, so rather than being on Economy 7 at night, they run the washing machine in the early afternoon. Simple things like this will make a big difference.
